
Yogis of all skill levels are invited to get in the flow during this 5-week mini-series, led by experts from the Fitness Institute of Texas.
Classes will take place fully outdoors and incorporate both active stretching and passive-supported yoga poses for the whole body, providing the perfect balance between getting fit and surrendering into blissful repose. Modifications will be provided for both those with injuries and those seeking to level up their practice.

This class will take place in person at the Wildflower Center. Space is limited and registration through the University of Texas Fitness Institute of Texas is required.
