Join us for an intimate dining experience in our gardens! Ecologists and chefs come together to guide guests on the journey from seed to plate. Chat about trees and recipes, wildflowers and wine, and conservation and cocktails with like-minded diners and Wildflower Center experts.
Wild Supper Club guests will enjoy a unique dining experience inspired by the Wildflower Center Prescribed Fire Research Program. Our chef has created a dinner inspired by smoke, with additions of native edibles. Dinner will be held outdoors, surrounded by the recently scorched grounds of the Wildflower Center.
Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available.
About the Chef
The evening’s menu will be prepared by Executive Chef Vesh Kasi of Austin’s The Fuze 9. Chef Vesh is spicing up the Austin culinary scene with his fresh take on food and flavors by introducing true fusion cooking as he blends Asian street foods of Malaysia and Thailand with European, Texas BBQ, and American classics. Born and raised in Malaysia, he grew up in a melting pot that continues to influence him today. As he continued to work and explore the world, he started honing in on his own unique style and flavors. Today he brings something completely different to the Wildflower Center.
