Once again, spring has returned to Texas–and so have the wildflowers! With their arrival comes a new addition to the bestselling Timber Press Field Guide series. This compact guide will help hikers and flower enthusiasts of all ages find and identify 1,200 wildflowers from the panhandle to the coastal bend.

The species profiles include color photographs, common and Latin names, definitive descriptions, and thorough notes on habitat and range. The book offers up-to-date information on Texas’s floral ecology, conservation, and viewing tips.
