Let your taste buds take flight on a culinary journey inspired by the Monarch butterfly’s migratory path at our fall Wild Supper Club. Set amongst a dreamy garden backdrop, the evening will begin with a welcome cocktail leading into a multi-course dinner prepared by Joseph Zoccoli, executive chef and owner at Austin’s Casa Bianca.
At Wild Supper Club, ecologists and chefs come together to guide guests on the journey from seed to plate. Chat about trees and recipes, wildflowers and wine, and conservation and cocktails with like-minded diners. Plus: Enjoy a live music performance, a presentation from a Wildflower Center expert, and more!
Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available. Tickets are limited. Reservations are required.
