Get FIT this fall in this 12-week fitness, weight loss and behavior change program run by the experts at the Fitness Institute of Texas. The goal of Get FIT is to help participants improve their fitness, lose body fat and implement health behavior changes that can be maintained for a lifetime. Held outdoors in our Family Garden, these workouts are a balanced mix between cardiovascular and resistance training. Designed for adults of any age and fitness level who want to sweat, move and feel good.
This 12-week series will take place each Tuesday and Thursday, September 13 – December 10, 7:30 – 8:30 a.m.
This class will take place in person at the Wildflower Center. Space is limited and registration is required. Face masks are optional at this time. Please review our safety guidelines before your visit.
