An event every week that begins at 7:30 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until April 25, 2024
Get FIT during this 6-week program run by the experts at the Fitness Institute of Texas. The goal of Get FIT is to help participants improve their fitness, lose body fat and implement healthy behavior changes that can be maintained for a lifetime. Held in the Wildflower Center’s Robb Family Pavilion, these outdoor workouts are a balanced mix of cardiovascular and resistance training, and designed for adults of any age and fitness level who want to sweat, move and feel good.
