Get FIT this May in this 3-week mini-series fitness, weight loss and behavior change program run by the experts at the Fitness Institute of Texas. The goal of Get FIT is to help participants improve their fitness, lose body fat and implement health behavior changes that can be maintained for a lifetime. Held outdoors in our Texas Arboretum Outdoor Learning Space, these workouts are a balanced mix between cardiovascular and resistance training. Designed for adults of any age and fitness level who want to sweat, move and feel good.
This 3-week series will take place May 9 – 27.
This class will take place in person at the Wildflower Center. Space is limited and registration through the University of Texas Fitness Institute of Texas is required. Face masks are optional at this time. Please review our safety guidelines before your visit.
