We all seem to agree that seeking happiness is a worthwhile endeavor in life; but is it attainable? This class speaks to happiness as a state of mind that requires a strong value system and the attitude and steps to developing one. Students will gain necessary tools and resources to aid in leading a happier and more peaceful life.
The content of this particular course is based on instructor Farnaz’s book, “The Secrets of True Happiness,” which she co-authored with her husband and their son. The book is the result of six years of research on the subject of happiness.
Registration is not required and the program is free with regular garden admission.
Admission is always free for members!
