Step into a space designed just for teens to relax, recharge, and explore what it means to feel your best—inside and out. Led by Austin wellness guide Cynthia Bernard of ATX Yoga Girl, this half-day wellness workshop blends mindful movement, creative expression, and time in nature. You’ll discover practical techniques for calming the mind, boosting focus, and managing everyday stress—all in the beautiful setting of the Wildflower Center’s indoor and outdoor spaces.
Space is limited, and teens must be registered to participate. Per the University of Texas at Austin policy, parents/guardians may not participate with their teen. Teens will be supervised by Wildflower Center staff who have received training in accordance with the University of Texas at Austin’s Youth Protection Program.
