Start your morning with the moving meditation that is Ip Sun Tai Chi, an ancient technique developed by Buddhist monks living at the Dae-yeon Sa Temple in the Korean mountains. Tai Chi focuses the body and mind using slow, deliberate movements giving students the opportunity to discover their own internal power. In this class, students will learn the Ip Sun fundamentals such as breath control, focus and fluidity of motion as they strengthen their practice.

Taking place along the Texas Arboretum Trail, students will find peace and balance while soaking up the serenity of the Arboretum. All levels welcome. Adults only.

This class takes place in person at the Wildflower Center. Space is limited and registration is required. Face masks are optional at this time. Please review our safety guidelines before your visit.
