Enjoy the perks of being a Wildflower Center member with these exclusive guided tours this spring! Join us for a chance to experience the results of over 20 years of research on land management techniques along the Hill Country Trails. Led by our Science and Conservation department, these guided tours are the ultimate member benefit for those interested in learning more about the future of native plants.
Although these tours are free for members, space is limited and registration is required. These class will take place in person at the Wildflower Center. Face masks are optional at this time. Please review our safety guidelines before your visit.
Come tour our trails with Wildflower Center Land Steward Michelle Bertelsen and learn about how to read visual cues from the landscape to understand more about a place’s history and ecology.
Reading the Land Tour will be offered on the following dates:
Join Dr. Sean Griffin, Director of Science and Conservation and certified bug nerd, along the Hill Country Trails of the Wildflower Center to search for bees, butterflies and other unsuspecting pollinators. Discuss and learn about biodiversity, pollination and insect conservation here in Texas. Bug nets and magnifying glasses will be provided.
