$45
Wildflower meadow

Prepare to transform your garden into an efficient and beautiful native plant oasis with help from our director of horticulture, Andrea DeLong-Amaya. This is a two part series designed to help participants choose the right native plants for their yards. Attend one class or both!

Designing for Large-scale Landscapes – NEW!
April 9, 9 a.m. – noon

A new take on our classic, Large-scale Landscape Design class, this class will analyze a site and discuss a practical approach to designing large-scale projects that can otherwise feel overwhelming. This class will focus on sites greater than one acre.

Plants are the characters that provide the drama in our landscapes, and as the designer it’s our task to “cast” these botanical actors in their winning roles. By harnessing the tools of site analysis, list-making, bubble diagrams and designing “on the ground” during this class, anyone can learn to design for a large-scale landscape – no drawing skills required!
