What stories can a cup of tea tell? In this hands-on class, you’ll explore the history, identification, and traditional uses of common native Texas herbs. Along the way, you’ll gain an appreciation for their medicinal properties and cultural connections.

Guided by Wildflower Center experts, participants will head into the garden to harvest fresh herbs and then craft their own unique herbal teas (tisanes). The experience will conclude with an informal community tea party — a chance to share, taste, and enjoy the benefits of native plants together.

All materials are provided. Just bring your curiosity (and your taste buds)!

Space is limited and registration is required. This workshop takes place during Tuesday Twilights.
