An event every week that begins at 7:00 am on Wednesday, happening 4 times
Carve out some time for self-care in the gardens with drop in hatha yoga, exclusively for Member Appreciation Month! Each pose is held for a period of time that allows the muscle fibers to release. This practice is slow-paced and incorporates intentional breathing and a relaxation meditation at the end of class.
Please bring your own mat.
