Camp Wildflower: Have to Have a Habitat

Children learning about how to construct shelter made of bamboo at Camp Wildflower.

Who lives here? Campers will trek through the gardens to discover firsthand what makes for a successful habitat.

Camp Wildflower runs in weekly sessions from June 4 – July 27. Activities include hikes, arts and crafts, nature games, science labs, outdoor exploration, and learning sessions with Wildflower Center experts.We know young minds need a lot of room to grow, and the Center is the perfect place for getting in touch with nature and learning through discovery. Read more about Camp Wildflower and other sessions.

Summer camp is divided into three age groups: preschool, kindergarten through second grade, and third through fifth grades. Please enroll your child according to the grade they will be entering this fall.

Kindergarten through fifth grade campers attend 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.. Registration for these age groups is $200 for members and $250 for non-members.

Preschoolers attend from 9 a.m. to noon. Registration for this age group is $160 for members and $180 for non-members.

Need-based scholarships are available for summer camp. These scholarships are awarded on a case-by-case basis.
