Bees, Brews & Beyond

Cheers to pollinators! Grab your smartphone or camera and carpool with an adventure buddy to Vista Brewing for a bee-autiful outing. Vista’s wildflower fields, farms and thoughtfully designed grounds are a perfect place to snap beneficial fauna in action and share to Instagram or iNaturalist for the 2018 Texas Pollinator Bioblitz. Experts will be on site to talk about and toast to pollinators over brews and bites. Activities all day!

Note: This event takes place at Vista Brewing, not on the Wildflower Center grounds.

Free and no registration required!

Schedule

• Farm Tours at 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.
• Pollinator Walk with a Wildflower Center expert at 3:30 p.m.

All day (11 a.m. – 10 p.m.):

• Specials on our collaborative beer, “Lady Bird”, a French bier de garde featuring ingredients sourced from the Wildflower Center’s Taste of Place Edible Garden
•  Monarch information station 
•  Pollinator “bingo” for all ages and abilities 
• Share observations by posting a photo or video to Instagram, Twitter, iNaturalist, or Facebook
• Plant pollinator-attracting seeds around the Vista property
