Enjoy the benefits of both nature and yoga amidst the live oaks of the Texas Arboretum. Learn to achieve yoga poses with the aid of a silk hammock hanging from the branches of a tree. Unwind body and mind with yogic movement to the soundtrack of twilight in nature with guidance from an experienced instructor.
Space is limited and registration is required. Members receive a discount on registration. Learn more about membership here.
