The Little Discovery House is an inviting space designed to introduce visitors to the Wildflower Center’s mission: inspiring the conservation of native plants. Inside, guests can learn about the vision and legacy of Lady Bird Johnson and Helen Hayes through a brief introductory video.

The space also highlights current research and ecological initiatives, along with seasonal displays that reflect what’s blooming across the gardens. These elements connect visitors to the Center’s ongoing work and the landscape beyond its walls.

Currently undergoing a transformation, the Little Discovery House features temporary exhibits as plans develop for more interactive, engaging experiences that will deepen connections with the natural world.
