Meditation is the skill of paying attention and developing one-pointedness of mind. When our minds focus on an object of meditation without wavering, we will enjoy a relaxed and calm body and soul. In this class, students will be introduced to 13 meditation and visualization techniques. Each class is a blend of lecture with video clips, contemplation on sacred scriptures of various world religions, and practicing new meditation techniques.
