Description: Founded in 2009 by Daniel Woodroffe, dwg. has quickly become the leader within Austin’s design community notable for their modern design, relationships and expertise in the downtown core. Our passion lies in complex multi-faceted projects that we approach in a collaborative way with expert design teams. Because we focus our practice on urban work, we are highly experienced in all aspects of urban design, permitting, licensing and project logistics. We are also advocates of parks and open spaces. Recognizing the importance and balance of greenspace within the urban environment, we are actively involved with the Austin Parks Foundation, the Downtown Austin Alliance and Waterfront Planning and Advisory Board. We assist in writing policy and make recommendations on the Lady Bird Lake corridor through the city, to preserve and enhance its vital qualities.
