Birthdays, anniversaries, reunions and graduation.....the most important events in our lives are celebrations! As we look back, many of our fondest memories come from milestone moments and the wonderful occasions when family and friends gather together. In the spectacular setting of the Wildflower Center, your special occasion will be even more memorable.

Weddings & Special Events Availability

Every day of the week from 6:30 p.m. until 12:00 a.m.

Rental fee per day*:

$2000 Monday through Thursday
(January, February, March, July, August, September, November and December)
$2500 Monday through Thursday, (April, May, June and October)

$2500 Friday and Sunday
(January, February, March, July, August, September, November and December)
$3000 Friday and Sunday (April, May, June and October)

$3000 Saturdays in January, February, November and December
$3500 Saturdays in March, July, August and September
$4500 Saturdays in April, May, June and October

*The $600 deposit confirms the reservation to the calendar and is due when the contract is sent to the Center. The booking fee is a non-refundable deposit that holds the date. The deposit goes toward the total fee.

Until a contract is signed and returned with a deposit the date remains open and available for rental. The first customer who sends the contract with payment receives the date. Please note that this is defined as a counter-signed executed copy of the contract and a payment that has been processed.

Photography Policy

Professional photographers may take photographs, but are required to schedule a time in advance and pay a fee,  click here to download our Application and Registration for Wedding Photographers.  Please download our Photography Policy and contact facility rentals to learn more. Also, if you have a confirmed reservation for an evening rental at the Center the fee is waived but we encourage you to schedule your session.

Wedding and Special Event Guidelines (Evening Events)

  1. The rental fee covers only the facility for evening events. Your caterer or contractor must bring in the tables, chairs, linens, food and beverages.
  2. For weddings and special events that take place in the evening: The Wildflower Center is open to the public until 5:00p.m. We recommend you don't start your event before 6:30p.m. so the caterers have adequate time to set.
  3. Only vendors are allowed to park in the employee/volunteer parking areas at the Center. Guests or renters should park in the visitors parking lot.
  4. The tables, wagons and other props that are used throughout the Wildflower Center are not available for use during special events. The tables and chairs that are on the courtyard patios may be used but cannot be moved.
  5. We do not allow any tenting at the Wildflower Center.
  6. All items that are brought into the Wildflower Center for weddings and special events must be removed that same evening. Items not removed that evening will be disposed.
  7. Because the caterer is responsible for clean up, the caterer may not leave the Center until the guests have left and the vendors have removed their items.
  8. If you are holding a wedding rehearsal at the Wildflower Center the day before your wedding, it must end by 4:30p.m.
  9. Animals are not allowed on the grounds of the Wildflower Center.
  10. The Wildflower Center has a list of contracted caterers. You must use one of the caterers on this list.
  11. You may purchase your own alcohol and have it delivered to the Center on the day of your event or wedding. All alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender provided by your caterer.
  12. All events must end by 12:00a.m. and all guests must leave the property by that time. Clean up by the caterer and vendors may take place after 12:00a.m.
  13. Candles must be in containers that are flame retardant and catch the wax.
  14. We provide rooms for the bride and groom to change before the wedding. These rooms are available starting at 5:00p.m. on the day of the wedding unless other arrangements are made at the time the contract is signed.
  15. The maximum number of people the Center can accommodate is 200.
