Every day of the week from 5:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m.
- Exclusive use of both indoor & outdoor spaces: window-lined gallery, main gardens, and idyllic courtyard (additional areas can be reserved for a small fee)
- 8 hour facility rental (5 PM – 1 AM)

Mon – Thurs: $2,000 Friday: $3,500 Saturday: $4,500 Sunday: $3,000
Low Season (Jan, Feb, June, July, August, Dec)
Mon – Thurs: $2,000 Friday: $3,000 Saturday: $3,500 Sunday: $2,500
A signed contract and $600 non-refundable deposit is required in order to book a date. The $600 counts towards the facility use fee The outstanding balance will be due 30 days before the event. The Wildflower Center accepts checks and Visa/MC.
The Wildflower Center offers a 25% discount on evening rentals booked within (60) days of the event and a 50% discount for evening rentals booked within (30) days of the event. Non-profits and governmental agencies are also eligible for a 20% discount at all times.
The Visitor’s Gallery can accommodate up to 200 guests seated in rows or 150 seated at tables with a dance floor, depending on how you arrange the space. Outside in the adjacent Courtyard, you gain additional space to accommodate around 250-300 guests. The Luci and Ian Family Garden accommodates up to 400 guests on the play lawn and amongst the features while the Texas Arboretum will seat up to 200 guests on the event pad.
CATERING & ALCOHOL
The Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center allows you to choose from a wide selection of catering professionals. If you would like to use a company that is not on our Exclusive Caterers List, there is a $250 off-list charge and the catering company must provide the license information to the Wildflower Center and sign a vendor contract agreement. Clients are allowed to bring their own alcohol without any additional expense; however, we do require that all alcohol is served by a TABC certified bartender working for the selected catering company.
You may use any vendor that you choose at the Wildflower Center– except for the food and beverage service. This includes lighting companies, equipment rental, bakeries, florists, coordinators, etc.
