Where: 4801 La Crosse Avenue For the Kids: Explore the Spider's Lair if you dare. Meet Botanica, the Herbal Witch, in the Haunted Tower. Take your picture in the pumpkin patch. Face painting. Pumpkin painting. Candy stations. KGSR on site. And be sure to see David Rogers' BIG BUGS - eight enormous insects in the gardens. Become a certified “bug expert” and win a prize.
Book Signings: Kathi Appeal will sign her children's book, “Bats Around the Clock” in the store from 4 to 6 p.m. Barbara Beery will serve Halloween snacks made from the recipes in her children's cookbook, “Batter Up Kids: Sensational Snacks”.
The Café: Open for meals or snacks.
