As a service to the public, the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center collects information on native plant societies, conservation groups, governmental agencies, botanical gardens, arboreta, and other plant-related organizations throughout North America. Native Plant Focus: We are members of the Wildlife Audubon Society and have rebuilt and maintained Prairie sites.
Description: Cantigny is the Private Estate of Col. Robert R. McCormick which is open to the public. The estate comprises museums, golf courses, Formal Gardens, Nature Trails, Native Prairie Sites, Educational programs, and events. Just under 600 acres.
