As a service to the public, the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center collects information on native plant societies, conservation groups, governmental agencies, botanical gardens, arboreta, and other plant-related organizations throughout North America. Native Plant Focus: Primary project is promoting the removal of Rodman Dam and restoration of the free-flowing Ocklawaha river and 7500 acres of floodplain forest. Also work on issues regarding Suwannee River basin. State Greenways System, wildlife corridors, etx.
