As a service to the public, the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center collects information on native plant societies, conservation groups, governmental agencies, botanical gardens, arboreta, and other plant-related organizations throughout North America. Description: Our mission is connecting people to the natural environment of North Texas. We maintain a 15-acre physical facility that includes riparian woodland, paved and unimproved trails, an open-pavilion and totally enclosed native butterfly and nature conservatory. Our focus is on education from pre-K through adult.
