Wildflower Center staff are housed in the ranch style Administration Building.
Within the deceptively placid walls of the Administration Building, dozens of educated environmentalists work to ensure that the Center's mission is served in all that we do.
Separated from the Library by a cool, shady breezeway, the Administration building is also an excellent example of the Green Building techniques that make the Wildflower Center a living demonstration of how nature and humankind can coexist.
Surrounded to the west by wildflower meadows and serene stands of native trees, this building also is home to the Center's Volunteer Office. Our volunteers are a marvelous group of folks who dedicate their time to the Wildflower Center. They lead tours, staff the Gift Store, work in the gardens, and much, much more.
In case of emergency, first aid is available in the Administration Building. To reach our administrative offices, call (512) 232-0200.
