Abstract
Studies the effects of thidiazuron (TDZ) on shoot production of Hydrangea quercifolia produced from tissue culture. Higher concentrations of TDZ produced many short shoots while lower concentrations of TDZ produced smaller numbers of long shoots. Shoots were rooted and successfully acclimatized to greenhouse conditions.Suggested Citation
