Abstract
Presents a micropropagation protocol for Viburnum dentatum var. lucidum. Shoot tip explants were established on growth medium and then subcultured after two weeks. More axillary shoots were formed with BA, and lower concentrations of auxins were effective in simulating rooting. Rooted shoots were transplanted to potting mixture and acclimatized. More than 90% of the potted plants were successfully established in the greenhouse.Suggested Citation
