Abstract

Evaluates the taxonomy of the Andropogon virginicus complex, a closely interrelated group of nine species. The study identifies twenty taxa. Four of nine species include two or more varieties. Correctly identifying and describing taxa in the A. virginicus complex may be important for restoration projects.
