Abstract

Investigates the genetic diversity of Asimina triloba using amplification fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) markers. Six linkage groups were identified for A. triloba using a cross with A. reticulata. The methods developed in this study for A. triloba may also apply to genetics assessments of A. reticulata.
