The Wildflower Center offers abundant opportunities to learn about Texas native plants, gardening, nature art, photography, writing and more. We offer our very popular Native Plant Gardening Certificate through UT Informal Classes.
Classes generally happen during spring and fall, with other programs occurring throughout the year.

This workshop introduces teachers to a curriculum designed around the issue of invasive species. Learn to transform high school students into citizen scientists as they collect data on local invasive plant species. The lessons will satisfy the TEKS 11-12 grade Environmental Science Section 112.37 (Environmental/Systems). CEU and ES credits are available.
