Description: Single stem from deep rhizome, branching above. Leaves lanceolate, herbage sparsely covered w/short antorse hairs. Corolla 15-25 mm long, yellow, dark maculate. Anthers 3-5 mm long. Fruiting calyx slightly 10-ribbed & nearly terete. Anthers yellow. Plant a perennial
