Habitat:
Full sun, in damp soil of broad drain. Among palustrine plants. Many, but scattered.
Description:
Sprawling annual w/ascending stems to 2 dm long, glabrous, succulent. Leaves alternate, flat, obovate-cuneate, to 30 x 13 mm. Flowers mostly solitary, sessile, sepals broadly ovate, keeled, acute. Corolla yellow, to 4 mm long. Capsules to 9 mm high, w/o subtending wing. Seed dark-brown, not 1 mm dia, rounded, tuberculate.
