Habitat: Afternoon sun. Some extra moisture from road run-off. Many, scattered.

Description: Erect, branched annual, to 70 cm tall. Leaves thin, .25-.33 longer than wide, to 8 cm long; ovate, base barely cordate, 3-5 nerved, dentate. Pistillate spikes terminal, staminate spikes axillary.
