Habitat: Dry caliche slope, among Poaceae; in semi-shade.

Description: Perennial, unarmed shrub, few sprawling stems. Leaves pinnately twice compound, usually 3-pair of pinnae, 20+ pair of leaflets per pinnae. Flower heads ovoid, yellow. Legume tapering to the 3 mm long stipe. Sepals about 2.5 mm long.
