Habitat: Damp, alluvial floodplain. Full sun.

Description: Prostrate annual. Stems-many, pubescent, much branched. Leaves opposite, blades ovate-oblong, twice as long as broad, serrulate apically, stipular. Seed oblong quadrangular, 9 mm long, acute apically, sharply angled, pale pink-brown.
