Location: Nelson Farm, 3 km East of IH-37 in extreme south Bexar County.
Latitude: 0.000000

Habitat: Level, open pasture, in deep sand.

Description: Decumbent perennial, rooting at nodes, to 55+ cm tall. Shrubs villous. Ligules thin membraneous, 3 mm long. Infloresence branches 4-5, ascending, scattered, not digitate or verticelled, 10-12 cm long. Spikelets 3 mm long, their rachis angled; not winged. First glume absent. Caryopses ovate.
