Habitat: Full sun; nominal moisture; alkaline soil. Volunteer colony, common in the community.
Description: Erect, 25 cm, single stalked from straight taproot, annual. Much ascending branching from most axils. Stalk light brown; branches light green. All parts moderately to quite strigose. Leaves alternate, petioled, narrowly lanceolate, acute both ends, to 6x5+ cm, reduced above. Infloresence a few flowered terminal cymes. Sepals unequal. Corolla funnelform.
