Habitat: Vacant lot; full sun; grey caliche; with grasses, wild mustard. Very abundant.

Description: Perenial herb to 90 cm high. Lavender to deep rose flowers 25 mm across blooming upward along spike; many flowers on spike. Foliage greyish-green; rough to touch. Many stems from woody root.
