Description:
40 cm, erect, single stalk, annual. Tough taproot. Much branched above. Leaves lanceolate, mostly entire, alternate, to 7 cm long x 1.6 cm wide, sessile. Disk corollas red, facing to tan at maturity. Rays yellow w/reddish bases, 3-toothed & soon falling.
