Habitat: Full sun; above average moisture; alkaline, alluvial soil.
Description: Erect, essentially glabrous annual, 26 cm high. Leaves opposite, bases asymetric, serrate, to 3.5 cm long. Branches slender. Stipules well developed, not united into short scales. Capsule about 1.4 mm long. Seed wrinkled.
