Description:
Erect perennial, to 15 dm tall, from a cluster of several woody-fibrous, elongated, deep seated roots. Stems simple, erect, variously pubescent. Leaf blades 6-12 cm wide, palmately compound. Sinus of limb of lower petals open, 5 mm deep.
