Habitat: West facing hill in partial sun under edge of Juniperus ashei.
Description: Weak slender, spreading annual with stems to 80 cm long. Inflorescence long and narrow, one-third the entire stem length, with branches many, slender, flexing, to 10 cm long. Spikelets with 2-4 flowers 2 mm long, widely spaced on the branch.
