Description: Erect plant to 6 dm tall; roots biberous, spreading by rhizomes. Leaves lanceolate to elliptic, serrate, opposite, arcuate venation with bracts; stems hollow; corolla yellow & connate most of length; bud imbricate; calyx with 5 sepals.
