Habitat:
In alluvial gravel/silt of fresh water creek bank, often flooded. Among Salix, Sapium, Ulmus & Populus.
Description:
Small tree (4 m tall) w/green glabrous twigs. Leaves mostly 3-pinnate. Leaflets 5-10 x 5-7 cm long/broad. Terminal leaflet elliptic to obovate, laterals more narrow, all coarsely few toothed. Samaras in pendulous racemes, 25-35 cm long, yellowish, the seed prolonged.
