Full sun. Damp, alluvial soil, often flooded.
Description:
Bushy, high-climbing vine, nearly glabrous. Leaves petiolate, triangular to ovate in outline, twice-pinnate, 15+ cm long. Leaflets rhombic-ovate, acute to acuminate at apex, rounded to cuneate at base, the longest 3+ cm long, coarsely cut-toothed, dark- green above, lighter beneath. Cymes short. Berries black, pulpy, sub-globose, 1-1.5 cm dia.
