Habitat: Full sun. Alkaline/alluvial soil.

Description: Perennial herb, to 15 cm tall, aprawling/matted. Leaves narrow. Buds bright red. Upper surface of petals sulphur-yellow. Corollas 18 mm dia. Fruit in pairs, circumscissile.
