Native Plants
Livings, Maggie
Since the early 1980's, Maggie Livings has been an ardent supporter of the Wildflower Center and the use of native plants in the landscape. Though her passion is for growing and arranging natives, she occasionally stops to photograph. Maggie volunteered in the greenhouse in the '80's at the original National Wildflower Research Center site. Currently she helps with the floral displays that grace the Wildflower Center throughout the year. The Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center is committed to developing the premier resource for native plant images in North America through continued growth of the Plant Image Gallery. You can help us achieve our mission ...to increase the sustainable use and conservation of native wildflowers, plants, and landscapes... by becoming a contributor.
