An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until May 17, 2017
Carve out some time for self-care in the gardens with Qigong (pronounced “chee-gung”), an integration of physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation. Dr. Chelsea Xu will teach gentle rhythmic movements of the body to help reduce stress, decrease chronic pain and improve overall health. Each session ends with focused meditation amidst nature’s tranquil evening sounds.
