Please submit one request per visit date.

Group visits may be scheduled Tuesday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Open Mondays from 3/12 - 5/31). Requests scheduled based on space availability.

Allow time for group entry, payment and parking.

Please note that designated picnic areas are only available on a first come, first served basis.

Lunch Options
Our Wildflower Café offers a variety of sandwiches, snacks and beverages and has first-come, first-served seating for around 30 indoors and 40 outdoors. Arrangements must be made 2 weeks prior to arrival at the time of group visit reservation. We also have shaded picnic areas marked on this map where groups can either arrange to have box lunches prepared by the Café or bring their own picnics. Groups make these arrangements directly with Circle C Catering by calling 512.301.7235 or emailing info@circleccatering.com.

College/University Group Visit Information

Rates

College/University rate: $5 for students and instructors, SELF-GUIDED. This rate includes your admission fee, but does not include a docent guide or the use of indoor facilities for meetings or classes. Organized University of Texas class field trips are exempt from paying admission, but must still fill out the form below. 

Lunch Options
